Massilly has always focused on quality insurance and industrial policy. The ISO 9002 certification was obtained in 1994. And in 2004 the company was ISO 9001 v2000 certified.

Our produced caps, cans and aerosols are unitarily controlled, either through a screening software.

Or through a volumetric system. Massilly meets all requirements of the European directive n°178/2002 relative to treacability and strictly follows FIFO for customers when deliverying orders.

Since 2004, Massilly has implemented a HACCP procedure on French and Spanish sites. This procedure has been certified by prominent bodies of the food industry, who meet themselves the BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS standards (International Food Standard). This procedure comprises a thourough survey on contamination risks prevention for our products. Our caps are even sterile at the outfeed of our production lines.

In this perspective, we can respond quickly to legislative changes as we produce ourselves cap sealing compounds. Our test laboratory enables us to certify the conformance of your products with the national or European legislation.
