Jeudi 5 avril 2012 - Le Groupe Massilly rachète Linar

The Massilly Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Russian based Linar from the Lindal Group.

The acquisition of Linar will increase the size of Massilly’s aerosols industrial footprint and enable a closer relationship with its customers. Linar was founded in 2002 and is serving the cosmetics and industrial markets. It is currently operating two tinplate aerosol lines from Nevinnomyssk, Stravropol region in the Russian federation.
